Tails of Help Alberta Challenge is our annual public fundraising campaign where you, members of the pet loving community, can join together with veterinary clinics, animal enthusiasts, and businesses from all over the province to provide aid for animals in need.
During the Alberta Challenge campaign from November 1 – December 31, small fundraising events on behalf of Tails of Help will be a great way to raise awareness and funds in order let us do what we do: help keep the four-legged members of low income Alberta families happy and healthy for years to come!

The Tails of Help Alberta Challenge is all about friendly competition and making a difference! Those who love a little rivalry will have the chance to win fantastic prizes: the top fundraiser will receive a trophy and a feature in the Veterinary Voices magazine! Plus, the top three fundraisers will get a shout-out on ABVMA social media. It’s an exciting way to rally support for our furry friends!
Do I have to compete?
Not at all! While the Alberta Challenge offers prizes for top fundraisers, it’s essential to remember that every donation—big or small—plays a crucial role in supporting pets and families in need. Whether you’re in it for the competition or simply to help, your efforts are invaluable!
